From January 9th - 15th, Awa Awa Chef Joe Chan has teamed up with Washoku master Chef Tomiya Yu to offer a special meal showcasing Okinawa ingredients and cooking styles!

Wash it all down with Awamori Highball or original cocktail from the AWA AWA bar team and you have yourself a perfect winter's afternoon!


ABOUT CHEF TOMIYA YU


Tomiya Yu’s chef experience began in Osaka at different Kappo & Kaiseki restaurants. He caught the attention of Hong Kong New World Millennium Hotel and took on the role of sushi chef at Sagano.


Later he became head chef at Gyotaku and then executive chef at Mizutani in Alva Hotel by Royal. As a pedigreed sushi and kaiseki chef, Yu continues as a private chef and consultant on multiple Japanese fine dining projects.

由1月9日至1月15日,AWA AWA的廚師和日式料理大師Tomiya Yu合作,為大家提供使用了沖繩食材和沖繩料理方法的特別套餐。另外亦有又AWA AWA Bar Team使用Ryukyu1929 製作的泡盛酒高球雞尾酒和原創雞尾酒,快來預約並享用此套餐,讓你有一個完美的冬日下午吧!


Tomiya Yu在大阪的割烹和懐石料理餐廳開展他的廚師之路,他亦曾在千禧新世界香港酒店的日式餐廳「嵯峨野」中擔任壽司廚師。其後他在魚作擔任主廚,之後在帝逸酒店的日式餐廳「源峰」中擔任廚師長。作為一個有豐富經驗的壽司及懐石料理廚師,他現在成為了一個私人廚師及為不同的日式高檔餐飲項目提供諮詢服務。
