In partnership with the Okinawa Prefectural Government, and Whisky & Japanese Spirits Specialist, Mizunara Hong Kong, guests can enjoy six-course menu showcasing the region’s most popular ingredient at Zoku Restaurant & The Terrace.


Available between 14 January and 28 February 2022, the tasting menu highlights include Shikuwasa spicy ceviche, served with seasonal fish, mozuku seaweed and tomato, as well as Kakuni, served with braised pork belly and Okinawa pumpkin. Complete the experience with Okinawa pineapple tart served with vanilla cream, tangerine gel, coconut ice cream and spiced caramel.


The six-course menu is priced at HK$888 per person, guests can also enhance the dining experience with Ryukyu cocktail pairing at a supplement of HK$288 per person and available for lunch from Friday to Sunday. During Monday to Sunday an Okinawa snack menu and Ryukyu cocktails menu will be available daily from 15:00 to 18:00 for guests.

The Hari Hong Kong 聯同沖繩縣香港事務所與日本威士忌.日本酒專家 Mizunara Hong Kong,設計了一個使用了沖繩食材的6道料理的套餐,讓顧客能在酒店裏的Zoku Restaurant和The Terrace中享受到沖繩出色的食材。


本次的限定菜式在2022年1月14日至2月28日期間供應,6道料理的套餐包括使用了沖繩香檸及沖繩鮮魚的ceviche(檸汁醃海鮮)、沖繩水雲配蕃茄、使用了沖繩南瓜的角煮等。最後更會以配上雲呢拿忌廉、柑橘果醬、椰子雪糕和焦糖的沖繩菠蘿撻作為甜點。


使用了沖繩食材的6道料理的套餐的價錢為888港幣,客人更可以以288港幣加配琉球泡盛雞尾酒餐酒搭配,令用餐體驗更為豐富美滿。6道料理的套餐於星期五至星期日的午餐提供,另外每日的15:00-18:00可單點沖繩小食及琉球泡盛雞尾酒。
