沖繩泡盛芝士鍋

Awamori Fondue

Berry Waffles

材料: 

已融化芝士 300g

片粟粉 1湯匙

沖繩泡盛 150cc


[喜歡的食材]

蔬菜 適量

腸仔 適量

法包 適量



300g sliced cheese (choose the type that is easy to melt)

1 tablespoon potato starch

150cc Awamori


[Ingredients of your choice]

Vegetables such as broccoli

Sausages

Baguettes

步驟:

  1. 在碗中加入芝士和片粟粉拌勻備用。

  2. 在鍋中倒入沖繩泡盛開火,使酒精揮發後備用。

  3. 在②的鍋中分2-3次加入①的芝士煮。(因芝士容易燒焦,所以煮時要用細火或中火)

  4. 趁芝士鍋還溫暖時,將喜歡的食材放入芝士鍋中享用。(放冷後芝士會凝固,因此要一直微熱去享用)



  1. Mix the cheese and potato starch in a bowl.

  2. Put Awamori in a pot and heat to release the alcohol.

  3. Put ① into ② in 2~3 parts and mix well. (Since it burns easily, turn the heat to low to medium.)

  4. While the cheese is still warm, dip your favorite ingredients into the cheese and enjoy. (The cheese will solidify when it's cold, so keep it slightly warm while you eat.)


泡盛屬於蒸餾酒,含有的不純物較少,所以不容易引起宿醉。在100毫升,酒精含量15%的日本清酒中有103卡路里,但因泡盛不含糖分,100毫升的泡盛只有59卡路里。 此外,用黑麴菌釀造的泡盛酒經過3年或以上的儲藏就會成為「古酒」,「古酒」的口感柔和醇美,比普通的泡盛更為香醇。
